SHIPPING
Where do you Ship to?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing / packing / shipment of all orders. Extra processing time may apply during sales or holidays.
All orders within USA over $35USD qualify for free shipping.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation with tracking number.
How long does shipping take?

RETURNS
What is your Damaged Policy?
We do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged, we will happily offer a replacement of the same exact items damaged within 24 hours of the delivered date. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for any other reason.
What is your Return Policy?
If you are unhappy with your candle purchase for any reason, we would love the opportunity to make things right! Contact us for more info.

Choosing the Right Candle Size for Your Room: A Guide to Proper Sizing
Small Rooms (Up to 100 sq ft) such as small laundry room, office or small bathrooms: (4 - 6 oz candle.
Medium Rooms (100-300 sq ft) such as small bedrooms, bathrooms, entryway: (8-12 oz candle).
Large Rooms (300+ sq ft) - such as open concept living areas, large living rooms, large bedrooms or dining rooms: (16-24 oz candle).
Can I send a gift to a friend, family or loved one?
Absolutely! Our invoices never show pricing, making them perfect as gift receipts. If you'd like to include a special note, be sure to add it in the order notes before checkout, and we’ll include a small card for the recipient. Please make sure you use their shipping address when ordering!
Do you offer Gift Cards?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards, however they will be available soon. Please keep an eye out for them.
