Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing / packing / shipment of all orders. Extra processing time may apply during sales or holidays.

All orders within USA over $35USD qualify for free shipping.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation with tracking number.

What is my product arrives damaged?

If damage occurs during shipping, please contact us immediately! Damaged candles will be refunded via shop credit!



What is your Return Policy?

Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, please send us a note at hello@lunabelledesign.com and we will be happy to work with you to make things right.

Can I send a gift to a friend or family member?

Absolutely! Our invoices never show pricing—just an itemized list, making them perfect as gift receipts. If you'd like to include a special note, be sure to add it in the order notes before checkout. Please do not forget to use the recipients shipping address!
